    Requirements<\/h3>

    Your Responsibilities:<\/b>

    • Actively engage in door -to -door canvassing and lead generation
      <\/li>
    • Motivate and coach your canvassing team to hit KPIs
      <\/li>
    • Manage team reporting, tracking, and daily goals
      <\/li>
    • Represent the Solar Works brand with professionalism and integrity
      <\/li>
    • Previous D2D canvassing experience (required)
      <\/li>
    • Team leadership or outside sales management experience (preferred)
      <\/li>
    • Strong communicator, goal -oriented, and results -driven
      <\/li>
    • Comfortable working outdoors and in fast -paced environments
      <\/li>
    • Passion for clean energy and helping homeowners save.
