Requirements<\/h3>Your Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/h3>- Actively engage in door -to -door canvassing and lead generation
<\/li> - Motivate and coach your canvassing team to hit KPIs
<\/li> - Manage team reporting, tracking, and daily goals
<\/li> - Represent the Solar Works brand with professionalism and integrity
<\/li> - Previous D2D canvassing experience (required)
<\/li> - Team leadership or outside sales management experience (preferred)
<\/li> - Strong communicator, goal -oriented, and results -driven
<\/li> - Comfortable working outdoors and in fast -paced environments
<\/li> - Passion for clean energy and helping homeowners save.
