You'll be responsible for publishing manpower set-ups in the GWS resource planning system on time while ensuring optimal technician utilization at a group level. Balancing operational and tactical planning with company economics, skills, and competencies, you'll help maximize efficiency and performance. Additionally, you'll maintain the right mix of GWS technicians and union employees while identifying upskilling opportunities to enhance workforce capabilities.
