Solar Energy Solutions (SES) is actively looking for a highly skilled Residential Project Manager to lead and oversee our residential solar installation projects. In this key role, you will manage all aspects of residential solar projects, ensuring they are executed effectively and efficiently from start to finish. You will be the primary point of contact for clients and will coordinate with various stakeholders, including subcontractors and internal teams, to deliver high-quality solar energy solutions.

This role is In Office at Lexington Kentucky.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of residential solar projects from initiation to completion.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients to ensure project expectations are met.
  • Securing utilities and permitting.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and subcontractors to develop project plans and execute accordingly.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
  • Conduct field assessments and oversee the acquisition of necessary permits and inspections.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Oversee safety protocols on job sites, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Evaluate project outcomes and implement improvements based on feedback.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience.
  • In-depth understanding of residential solar energy systems and relevant installation processes.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or similar tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Commitment to sustainability and the advancement of renewable energy.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
