Job Description
Apex is seeking a Project Management intern to support the Construction Team with engineering, procurement, project controls, and construction related tasks. We hire Project Management Interns that are passionate about sustainable clean energy.
Responsibilities:
Support crossing agreements and permitting
Assist with document control for data rooms and specific projects
Assist with project trackers for multiple projects
Support Project Managers for assigned projects
Assist with the RFP process
Assist with editing project contractual documents and exhibits
Assist with providing project information for project stakeholders
Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications
Undergraduate or Graduate student studying engineering or construction management
Knowledge of project management concepts preferred
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others
Course work or experience in the energy industry; renewable energy experience is ideal
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
High proficiency with Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Interest in utility-scale wind, solar, and storage technology and construction
Additional Information
The summer associate program will run from June 1 through August 7 but we can be flexible with the start and end dates
Hours: Full Time
Type: Non-Exempt
Paid Internship: Undergraduate, $17/Hour; Graduate, $27/Hour
