We are seeking a detailed oriented Procurement Data Analyst to support our
Procurement Team through data driven insights. In this role you will transform
complex procurement data into actionable intelligence that drives cost saving,
supplier performance improvement, and strategic decision-making across T1
Energy.
This role will partner closely with IT, Finance and Accounting, Warehouse, and
other teams to gather and interpret the data from various sources to develop
meaningful insights and drive action plans.
Key Responsibilities
Data Review and Cleanliness
Collect, clean, and analyze procurement data from ERP systems, suppliers’
data sources, and other tools
Maintain data integrity across procurement systems and assist in data
governance initiatives
Identify trends, anomalies, and savings opportunities based on the data
gathered and validated with the business stakeholders
Dashboard and Report Building
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as spending
by category, supplier on-time delivery, PO cycle times, and other key
metrics
Support the creation and implementation of vendor management
programs to assess and promote vendor performance and development.
Spend Analysis
Conduct regular spend analysis and category deep dives to support
sourcing strategy development and supplier negotiations
Partner with Finance, Procurement Buyers and Category managers, and
other business stakeholders to translate business requirements into
analytical frameworks
Assist in resolving issues required to complete procurement transactions
Knowledge and System Access Management
Manage all content related to the internal supply chain intranet site (e.g.,
policy, procedures, processes, forms, templates, etc.)
Provide operational support to help educate internal business stakeholders
on the Procurement Processes
Provide input and support for continuous improvement initiatives related
to reporting, processes, and procedures
Assist with maintaining procurement related tools and associated user
accesses.

Qualifications
6–10+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain,
preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments
Proficiency in SQL and at least one BI reporting tool (Power BI, Tableau, or
similar)
Advanced Excel Skills, including pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP and
data modeling
Prior experience managing teams, including remote or site-based
personnel
Strong understanding of procurement operations vs. sourcing strategy
separation
Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar) and procurement
workflows
Familiarity with SOX controls and public company environments preferred
