Location of Position 
This position is based in our NYC office 5 days a week.

  • The range for this position is $79,433.00- $107,468.00 plus an annual performance-based bonus

Position Summary 

Own the day-to-day functioning of the New York City office and the routine administrative logistics that keep the workplace running smoothly. 

Core Responsibilities 

  • Manage day-to-day office operations in NYC  

  • Handle mail, shipping, deliveries, and vendor coordination  

  • Handle reception / phone coverage   

  • Maintain office, pantry, and meeting-room supplies  

  • Coordinate weekly team lunches  

  • Support additional/ad hoc office programming (i.e. monthly birthday celebrations, team happy hours, etc. In coordination with HR and Strategy, and Culture Champions Committee)   

  • Coordinate facilities and service-provider issues  

  • Support desk assignments and hot-desk requests  

  • Support monthly credit card expense reconciliation 

  • Ensure common areas and conference rooms are presentable, clean, orderly and functional  

  • Coordinate with IT on conference-room and office equipment  

  • Welcome visitors and support office guests  

  • Maintain office-process documentation and vendor records  

  • Identify opportunities to streamline recurring administrative work  

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to enhance and improve the office workspace  

  • Actively seek to create and participate in culture building opportunities in coordination with HR, Strategy and Culture Champions Committee   

Education Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred 

Technical Skills and Experience 

  • Proven AI literacy, including understanding AI strengths, limitations, and ethical considerations. 

  • 3–6 years in office operations, workplace experience, admin coordination, or similar  

  • Highly organized and reliable in an in-person environment  

  • Comfortable with vendors and facilities coordination  

  • Good judgment and customer-service orientation  

  • Strong tech literacy for office systems and common productivity tools  

Psychosocial Skills /Human Skills/Behavioral Skills 

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ideas and run with them from concept to conclusion. 

  • Technical understanding of clean energy business processes 

  • Exceptional verbal and writing communication skills with superiors, peers, partners, and other stakeholders. 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. 

  • Excellence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
