As a Logistics and Warehouse Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping us keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently. You'll be the behind-the-scenes hero, ensuring that our team has everything they need to deliver incredible service to our customers.

As part of our close-knit team, you will help manage inventory, assist with deliveries, and keep our warehouse organized. You’ll be instrumental in making sure our projects get the materials they need on time, making a tangible difference every day!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in receiving and organizing inventory and materials
• Help with the preparation and packing of materials for upcoming projects
• Support the logistics team with daily operations, ensuring everything is running like clockwork
• Maintain a tidy and efficient workspace, promoting safety and organization in the warehouse
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
• Contribute ideas on how we can improve processes and make things better for everyone

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills to manage inventory and assist with tracking
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be reliable and have a positive attitude every day
• Reliable transportation

COMPENSATION and BENEFITS:

Salary starts at $20-24/hr based on qualifications. Benefits include majority-paid medical, dental, vision insurance and matching 401K program. Earned paid time off starts at two weeks annually.
