INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR – Lead Verifier: ISO 14064, GHG Protocol, or CSRD (ESRS) for Sustainability / ESG Reporting

Job Title: Lead Verifier: ISO 14064, GHG Protocol, or CSRD (ESRS) for Sustainability / ESG Reporting

Location:  Americas region, including US, Canada, Mexico, and South America including Caribbean

 Responsibilities (high level overview, and not limited to): 

• Conducting 3^rd Party Verification / Assurance / Limited Assurance / Reasonable Assurance.
• Establish Verification Program and Plan in advance of an assurance.
• Effectively communicate verification planning and results.
• Prepare and present audit findings, including nonconformities.
• Verify effectiveness of Corrective Action Plans to close out non-conformities.
• Travel to client site to conduct onsite verification.

Qualifications:

• Must have: GHG Verification experience, ISO 14064 Verifier Experience, understanding of CSRD ESRS requirements.
• Preferred to have:  Verification Body experience. 
• Must have 2 years based work experience (Verifier, manufacturing, plant, training/teaching/lab). 
• Must have 4 years full time work experience, with 2 being dedicated to Sustainability, GHG.
