As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll collaborate across teams to align initiatives with company goals and ensure consistent, compelling brand messaging across all digital channels.What you will do as Digital Marketing SpecialistDevelop & Manage Campaigns- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, social media, email, and display advertising
- Define clear objectives, KPIs, and audience targeting for each campaign
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals
Optimize SEO & Website Performance- Conduct keyword research and technical SEO audits to improve search rankings and user experience
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, track organic performance, and recommend improvements
Lead PPC & Paid Advertising- Create and manage PPC campaigns, perform A/B tests, and optimize bids and budgets to maximize ROI
- Analyze campaign data and generate actionable reports
Drive Social Media & Content Marketing- Develop social media strategies to grow audience engagement and brand awareness
- Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality digital assets aligned with brand messaging
Manage Email Marketing & Automation- Plan and execute email campaigns with segmentation, automation, and performance tracking
- Nurture leads and customer journeys through CRM tools and workflows
Analysis & Report Performance- Monitor website and campaign metrics using Google Analytics and other tools
- Deliver insights and recommendations to continuously improve marketing efforts
What we're looking for- 2–5 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or B2C environments
- Strong proficiency with Google Ads, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot)
- Creative thinker with excellent copywriting and campaign optimization skills
- Detail-oriented with strong project management and communication abilities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions
- Willingness to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
