About New Energy Nexus China 

New Energy Nexus China provides business-matchmaking and consulting services for large corporations and start-ups to advance energy transition and carbon-neutrality goals. Since 2016, NEX China has supported the growth of 400+ innovative companies through programs such as the EXCEL Accelerator and the LG Energy Solution Battery Challenge.

 

Key programs include: 

Accelerator – industrial development and capacity building for growth-stage start-ups 

Forums & Summits – tech exchange, showcases, industry hot-topic discussions, partnership negotiations 

Pilot Projects – enabling large, medium and small companies to co-design innovative products 

Multi-dimensional Training – industry-oriented innovation mindset cultivation 

Investment Guidance – connecting start-ups to funding for scale-up 

International Exchange – visits and expansion in key markets 

Ecosystem Community – building a clean-energy ecosystem that offers valuable resources and events to members 

Responsibilities 

  • Support supervisors and the team in corporate and program communications, including but not limited to material collation, website building, report formatting, event planning and execution, and community operation. 
  • According to project publicity plans, independently plan and execute online and offline communication campaigns, including collateral design and production, video script planning, copywriting, etc., to expand project impact. 
  • Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Internship duration: Minimum of 3 months, 4–5 days on-site per week (retention possible)

Education: current bachelor’s or master’s student; majors in journalism, communications, advertising or related fields preferred. 

Experience: prior work in project management, event planning, social-media operation; experience in sustainability or tech innovation sectors preferred.

Skills: 

  • Excellent project&time-management; able to plan overall delivery schedules and break down tasks independently.
  • Strong documentation skills; can write project documents and content summaries independently.
  • Strong visual aesthetics
  • Global mindset; excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Feishu.
  • Graphic design or video editing skills preferred. 

Other requirements:

  • Strong sense of responsibility and commitment; comply with laws and regulations; no adverse records.
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills; strong learning, research, logical-analysis and open innovative thinking.
  • Strong service awareness; able to handle multiple parallel tasks efficiently; high professional ethics and dedication.
  • Positive attitude, eager to learn and innovate, diligent and reliable.

Salary: 180 RMB per working day (tax included)
